The memory of Rashad Rashid Guliyev, Lieutenant Colonel of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, who was martyred during the 44-day Patriotic War, was honored on the occasion of his birthday. Staff members and students of the Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan (ASCCA) visited his grave at the Second Alley of Honor, laid flowers, offered prayers, and paid tribute to his memory. The graves of Patriotic War Hero Major Elchin Elshan Mansurov and Senior Lieutenant Telman Iqdam Alakbarov were also visited.

On behalf of the ASCCA leadership and staff, heartfelt condolences were extended to the martyr's family, and they were wished strength and patience. It was emphasized that all those who sacrificed their lives while demonstrating extraordinary heroism in the defence of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity will always be remembered as heroes in the nation's history.
