A master class on the topic of “Innovations and Trends in Project Management” was held for students at the State Customs Committee Academy (ASCCA).

During the event, the speaker, Ilham Gafarov, explained the processes of transforming an idea into a project and successfully achieving results. The trainer, who has extensive experience in project management, also provided detailed information on project development, successful implementation, and the analysis of outcomes. He spoke about the use of artificial intelligence in project management and the ways of applying Agile management approaches in projects.

At the end of the event, students’ questions were answered in detail.
