Head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan (ASCCA), Major General of the Customs Service Gulu Novruzov, participated in international and national conferences dedicated to higher education and military science.

The Head of ASCCA attended the international conference entitled "The Future of Higher Education: Global Perspectives, Local Impact," held at Azerbaijan University. During the two-day event, participants discussed current trends, innovative approaches, and the local impact of global changes in higher education. The conference brought together scholars, researchers, and experts from more than 20 countries.

Gulu Novruzov, together with ASCCA students, also participated in the 21st National Scientific and Practical Conference entitled "Modern Military Education and Prospects for the Development of Military Science," held at the Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev, subordinated to the National Defense University.

During the panel discussion, the Head of ASCCA shared his views on the prospects for the development of education and science at specialized higher education institutions. He also highlighted the successful state policies implemented in the country and the achievements attained in recent years.
