A masterclass on “The Strategic Role of Warehouse Logistics in Supply Chain Management” was held at ASCCA to broaden students’ knowledge and practical understanding of the field.

Opening the event, Elvin Alirzayev, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Customs and Management, spoke about the importance of logistics and supply chains in the modern business environment.

Elchin Ahmadov, Logistics and Warehouse Manager at Popeyes Azerbaijan, then provided participants with detailed information on warehouse management systems, the optimization of logistics processes, and effective supply chain management. Practical examples based on real work experience were also presented.

The interactive masterclass concluded with a Q&A session and an exchange of views on the topic.
