Major Elchin Mansurov, hero and martyr of the Patriotic War, was honored on his remembrance day. To mark the occasion, the leadership, staff, and students of the Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan (ASCCA) visited the martyr’s grave at the Second Alley of Honor. They laid flowers, offered prayers for his soul, and paid tribute to his cherished memory. The graves of other heroic sons who rose to martyrdom during the Patriotic War were also visited.

The Head of the Academy, Major General of the Customs Service Qulu Novruzov, expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of all martyrs who fought heroically for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and wished them patience. He emphasized that Elchin Mansurov, together with all martyrs who gave their lives for the Motherland, will forever be remembered as heroes in the history of Azerbaijan.
