Scientific Council Holds First Meeting for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

The  Academy of the State Customs Committee (ASCCA) has held the first meeting of its Scientific Council for the 2025/2026 academic year. The meeting focused on the organization of the upcoming semester and other current issues included on the agenda of the meeting.

The Head of the Academy and Chairman of the Scientific Council, Major General of the Customs Service Gulu Novruzov, opened the session by welcoming participants and briefing council members on the key issues scheduled for discussion.

Afterwards, discussions on the agenda issues began.

At the meeting, the Council reviewed preparations carried out for the autumn semester, the results of student admissions to the Academy for the 2025/2026 academic year, and the activities undertaken to improve the material and technical basis. Planned initiatives aimed at further institutional development were also presented.

Following the presentations, members of the Scientific Council and heads of relevant structural units shared their views and proposals regarding the matters discussed.

The meeting concluded with the adoption of relevant decisions and the assignment of specific tasks to the heads of structural units to ensure effective implementation of the planned activities.
