The memory of Novruzov Rashad Elshad oglu, one of our heroic sons who attained the highest rank of martyrdom during the 44-day Patriotic War was honored on the day of remembrance. The employees of the Academy of the State Customs Committee visited the martyr’s grave at the Martyrs’ Alley located in the Mashtaga settlement of Sabunchu district, laid flowers at his grave, offered prayers for his soul, and commemorated his cherished memory with deep respect.

On behalf of the Academy’s leadership and staff, the employees expressed their deep condolences to the martyr’s family, wished them patience, and emphasized that all martyrs who sacrificed their lives by demonstrating true heroism for the sake of our territorial integrity will always live on in memory as heroes of Azerbaijani history.
