Deputy Head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan (ASCCA) Jamilya Namazova, Senior Specialist of the Academy’s Department of Additional Professional Education Yaver Mammadova, along with the students of the Academy participated in scientific and theoretical conferences held at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and at the Military Institute of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of November 8, Victory Day.

At the conference titled “Victory. The Philosophy of Security: The Triumph of National Power and State Will,” held at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Deputy Head of the Academy Jamilya Namazova, along with other speakers, delivered a speech highlighting the historical significance of Victory Day and its importance in strengthening national pride and statehood.

At the republican scientific and theoretical conference titled “The History of Victory,” held at the Military Institute of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, discussions focused on the military and political outcomes of the Patriotic War, the improvement of the security system in the post-war period, and the strengthening of national unity.
