"The Road to Victory - Karabakh Chronicle" a conference dedicated to November 8 - Victory Day was held at the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The representatives and students of state institutions, higher education institutions, and heroes of the Patriotic War, , as well as, Yavar Mammadova, a senior specialist of the Department of Additional Professional education and the students of Academy of the State Customs Committee participated in the conference.

Opening the conference with an introductory speech, the Head of the Police Academy, Major General of Police , Janpolad Daanov, greeted the participants of the event, wished success in the work of the conference, emphasized the historical significance of Victory Day, and noted the importance of educating young people in a patriotic spirit, loyal to the ideas of statehood.

In their speeches, the participants of the event emphasized that Victory Day holds an important place in the heroic annals of our people, and that this day is the embodiment of national pride, love for the homeland, and respect for the memory of our martyrs.
